It is the Fresh Air Fund which provides inner city children from New York City a trip into the “countryside” to enjoy a wonderful 2 week vacation in the homes of people just like us who are willing to open our home to these children.

I would do it in a second but unfortunately they do not come to North Carolina :(

They have over 200 kids who do not have a family to host them yet – and they need to have those families screened by the end of July! This is not a long time away folks, so please, pass the word along so that these 200 kids can have a free summer vacation outside of the city and learn something new about the world around them.

It might change these kids lives and I hope if you or someone you know live in these areas that you will pass the word along. Thanks!
